Personal data processing policy

1. General

This personal data processing policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ "On personal data", and sets a procedure for personal data processing and personal data security measures at PRISMATEK LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The critical goal and term for carrying out its activities set by the Operator is to observe human and citizen rights and freedoms in personal data processing and to protect rights to privacy, and personal and family secrets.
1.2. This Operator's personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all the data which can be obtained by the Operator about visitors of the web-site http://prismatek.com

2. Basic terms used in the Policy

This personal data processing policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006. Operator is a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual organizing and (or) processing the personal data, independently or jointly with other persons, and setting goals of personal data processing, content of the personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) committed with the personal data;
2.8. Personal data is any information related, directly or indirectly, to a certain web-site or web-site determined by the User http://prismatek.com;
2.9. User is any visitor of the web-site http://prismatek.com;
Personal data provision is actions aimed at disclosing the personal data to a certain person or a certain group of persons;

7. Transboundary transfer of personal data

7.1. Before transboundary transfer of personal data, the Operator must make sure that the foreign state, where the personal data transfer is proposed, ensures reliable protection of rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. The transboundary transfer of the personal data within the territory of foreign states not meeting the above requirements can be performed only in the presence of written consent of the personal data subject to transboundary transfer of its personal data and/or execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.
